My Journey continued...
My hunger for the things of God could not be satisfied. I studied everything about Jesus, late into the night. The more I read, the greater the light of God entered my mind. I cherish those days filled with excitement as I shared the mysteries of God with my family and friends. The time came when I was asked to conduct a class in my church before Sunday service.
It was a time of personal spiritual growth. A glorious season in which I had the privilege, honor, and responsibility to share the Word with the family of God in a classroom and one-on-one. One of my mentors said, “the teacher is the best student.” I found that to be so true. It took diligent studying, late-night research, and intimacy with the Lord.
When I thought that I reached a plateau, I asked God for more, a greater purpose. Shortly after, I felt the need to use my Godly knowledge and share it with the children. But I was presented with a goliath of a problem. It blocked my path. I didn’t have the education credentials to stand before children as an educator. I had passed the midpoint of my life and returning to college competing with young alert students was not very appealing.
The hunger to stand before the children grew stronger. A word came to me, ‘The children are worth every sacrifice. It would be a legacy.’ I had a computer science degree and I enrolled at Hunter College and achieved my MS in early childhood education. I was confronted with enormous challenges at every turn. But I persevered with high honors. I now stood at the door of my dream; if only these kids can be raised with moral principles we would have a stronger family unit and a better society.
The Lord impressed upon my heart the need for a Christian after-school program for gifted and talented children. And that required more degrees at a more challenging level, being able to understand and keep up with the minds of these prodigies. Thus, back to Hunter for the Advanced degree in Special Education for the gifted and talented. I shared my vision with the pastor of my church and was given ample room to do it. I built a curriculum of science, art, music, etc. based on Biblical principles. Using my life’s savings I founded Dynamic Learning Center for Tomorrow’s Leaders. What a glorious season. The fruit and the blessings of that labor upon the children, their parents, and the staff are too lengthy to describe here. (Click on the link)
And then, once again, I was moved to ask for more of heaven. The thought of writing a book about my journey entered my mind. It would serve other dreamers to walk in faith and trust God every step of the way. I am so humbled to endeavor on the road of authorship with producing my first book “The Shaping of a Diamond.”
And now, like a branch grafted to a different tree, God has grafted me to a higher level on His tree of life. I am now living and experiencing divine life as God meant it. ‘Just speak the word and it will be done for you…’ (Matthew 8:8)
The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou should come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. (Matthew 8:8 KJV)
The Lord has awakened my spirit to the world of Divine Healing. Following the principles and revelations of The Generals of Faith, I am once again, humbled to experience and witness the results of His divine love through healing those around me.
Thus, I am finally addressing the purpose of this website which is to share with everyone who is willing to join in this glorious journey with the Lover of our soul:
- Reflections on the Word of God and
- testimonies and encouragements

In His Service,
